PAOLA TAPIA, BSc, CCRA
Co-founder of B&A in November 2008, Paola has worked in Clinical Research Operations for pharmaceutical multinational
companies and CRO since 1996. In the years dedicated to the monitoring and management of studies clinical she has worked
in various therapeutic areas:
Respiratory diseases, diabetes, cardiovascular diseases and rheumatology. Paola has a BSc. degree in Biological Sciences
at the University of Buenos Aires and a postgraduate at Bar Ilan University in 1996. In addition, she was trained in
Clinical Research Standards and regulations.
Paola has been involved in several Regulatory Affairs Forums and has provided professional advice to government
legislators since 2008. She is also an active member of the Argentine Forum of Clinical Research (FAIC),
working for consensus from different perspectives to enhance clinical research activity in a highly controlled
environment. Her role as Director of Regulatory Affairs within B&A and her professional relationships within different
groups of regulatory professionals in the region are a very valuable asset to the company.
